- Replaces the function of a thermostat, a defrost clock, a defrost klixon, a fan delay switch, and temperature gauge.

- A second relay for evaporator fan control
- A third relay for a defrost load, lights, or alarm output
- One temperature sensor input for control, plus a second temperature sensor input for defrost termination and fan cycling.
- A door switch input for control logic and alarm monitoring
